Our Program
8:45am-11:30am or 12:00pm-2:45pm
2 - 5 days/week
Our half day program at Bright Beginnings has been designed to incorporate what research shows us is truly necessary to help our young children succeed: independence, social skills, emotional regulation, and gross or fine motor skill coordination. We aren't specifically Montessori, Reggio, or Waldorf; instead, we try to incorporate the best of everything so that our children can focus on creativity, problem solving, and internal motivation.
Our facility is located inside a multipurpose dance school and our children benefit from daily movement and music classes. We also spend our time exploring our weekly and monthly themes while incorporating our rich materials into art. We understand that preschool aged children learn best through play and modeling, but we also spend our time working with each child, helping them navigate relationships and make sense of their environment.
Our values reflect our belief that in order to provide an enriched child care experience we have to provide the highest quality staff and activities. Our programming then teaches children to accept all of their peers, enjoy all cultures, and respect both themselves and the world around them.

Fees
We are open 12 months of the year with closures on statutory holidays and four additional weeks of holidays (two weeks in December, one week in March, one week at the end of August); our fees are per month and already account for our closures. We are currently enrolled in the Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative (CCFRI) and are fees also reflect this subsidy. There is no difference in fees between morning sessions or afternoons.
